But now I can testify that my mac has been working perfectly ever since Javier fixed it 5 months ago. I was able to collect my fixed Mac before leaving the country for several months - hence the delayed review. I was and am very grateful to Javier for looking after me. Even though the glitch turned out to be the brand new SSD which was outside of his control, Javier assumed responsibility of the situation and replaced the faulty SSD with a brand new one, at no cost to me. He charged me no more than he said he would: the cost of the new SSD and his very reasonable labor for installing it.Įverything worked well.
